2. Services

Our one-on-one guidance sessions are tailored to your individual goals. You may request a schedule update up to 48 hours before a session. To move a session, please inform us within this window to avoid any scheduling charge. If you cancel a session less than 24 hours prior, it is not refundable due to reserved expert time and resource allocation.

3. Digital Products

Our digital guides and courses are accessible upon payment. You may request a refund within 14 days from the access date, provided no content has been downloaded or viewed. After content access, purchases are final, given immediate availability of the materials.

4. Physical Goods

Any physical items purchased may be shipped back within 30 days of shipping date. Items must be unused and in original packaging. The cost for shipping back the item falls to the buyer. Once received and inspected, credits will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Refund Policy

To initiate a refund, please submit your request via our Contact form. All requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and credited to the original payment method. For canceled or moved sessions, credits may be applied toward future offerings.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may postpone guidance sessions without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Requests to shift a session less than 48 hours prior will incur the full session fee.

7. Liability

Our guidance is provided as a resource for personal growth. SoulValu limits its obligation to the provision or crediting of services as described above. We disclaim liability for any indirect outcomes of applying our methods.

8. Changes to Terms

SoulValu reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date is 2025. Continued use of our offerings implies acceptance of any revisions.
